Terdapat empat service counter pada ruang pelayanan BAA:
- Service counter 1 — Registration, status students, dan Student Identity Card
- Service counter 2 — KRS, grades, dan academic transcript
- Service counter 3 — Diploma, legalisation, dan official letter
- Service counter 4 — Graduation ceremony, graduation confirmation, dan services PDDikti

Ruang pelayanan berada di lantai dua dan dapat diakses through lift. Bagi pengunjung dengan hambatan mobilitas yang memerlukan pendampingan, please menghubungi nomor services terlebih dahulu agar officer dapat menyiapkan bantuan.
